The salon's mission is to be a leading salon in Philadelphia, offering hair services in a welcoming space and leaving clients feeling their best. Color appointments do not include a finish, so a cut or blow dry is booked alongside any color service. New color clients fill out a consultation form when booking. Some services, including Permanent Wave, Calecim and Extensions, are booked by phone. Haircut or styling appointments need one day's notice to cancel or reschedule, and color, keratin, Cezanne or extension appointments need two days. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation, and cancellation violations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service cost. Tips are optional, customarily 20% for stylists and $5 to $20 for assistants or apprentices, and can be paid in cash or by Venmo but not added to a transaction.

Street metered parking is available nearby when spaces are open. According to the salon, parking validation at the Metropolis Parking open lot on Market Street between 8th and 9th brings parking to $16.53 for up to 5 hours.
