Bookings are made online, and a valid credit card is needed to reserve every appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the service, and cancelling or no-showing with less than 24 hours' notice is charged in full. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the visit and may bring a cancellation fee.

Adjustments to a haircut or color can be requested within two weeks of the original service and are done with the same stylist. Creative and corrective color and perm or waving requests are made through a form on the website, with a response from management within 48 hours. Color services carry a separate charge based on how much product is used.

Guests can pay tips with cash or Venmo, while credit and debit cards aren't accepted for tipping. Gift cards are available for purchase online and redeemable for any salon service or retail product. The salon keeps Wednesday through Saturday hours and is closed from Sunday to Tuesday.
