Color is the core of the menu: highlights and balayage in half and full head sizes, double process, single process, creative color, color blocking and Y2K looks, face frames or money pieces, root touch-ups and color corrections. Haircuts include bang trims and undercuts, clipper cuts, maintenance cuts, transformative cuts and blow outs, with curls or a flat iron included in the blow out. Treatments include the Bond Builder, a Blonde Solutions Toning Mask, a Collagen Repair Treatment and a Scalp Treatment, and keratin treatments are also offered. Customized hair extensions are available for added length, volume and color.

Pricing is set by stylist level, with Junior, Senior and Master tiers listed for most services. Full head highlight or balayage runs from $265 to $325, half head from $225 to $280, double process from $320 to $420, and a single process from $80 to $120. Haircuts start at $18 for bang trims and undercuts and go up to $100 for transformative cuts. Treatments start at $40 for the toning mask and Bond Builder, $45 for the Collagen Repair Treatment and $50 for the scalp treatment. Keratin treatment pricing is not listed.

Clients can book by calling or texting the salon or through the Book Now prompt on the website, and may ask for a specific stylist after browsing that stylist's work on Instagram. A credit card on file is required for every booking. Vivid, blonding and color correction services begin with a free consultation of about fifteen minutes before booking. Changes need at least 72 hours' notice; cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice is charged at 50% of the service cost, and a no-call no-show is charged 75%. Clients have a 15-minute arrival window, after which the stylist may charge a $15 late fee. A 10-day grace period is available for adjustments to a past service if the client calls. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee, and services are not refunded once performed.
