VAI Hydration Lounge

Founded and directed by registered nurse Loretta Axtell, VAI Hydration Lounge runs its IV services from a lounge in Ballard. Guests can receive IV hydration, NAD+ IV therapy, vitamin injections and intramuscular injections, with personalized clinical guidance for NAD+ treatments.

Each guest is screened by a registered nurse before any service. Visits are planned around the goals each guest brings in, and the clinical team takes the whole person into account, including how care fits into daily life.

Hydration Station IV drips come in 250 mL, 500 mL and 1 liter sizes.

The clinic's GLP-1 program provides compounded tirzepatide, which a licensed compounding pharmacy makes against a prescription written by the clinic's healthcare provider. The FDA has not approved compounded tirzepatide, and it has not evaluated that product for safety, efficacy or quality. Access starts with a telehealth medical evaluation, and participants must be medically cleared. A membership covers a first telehealth exam, a weekly injection at the Ballard lounge and telehealth check-ins between visits.

Companies can book the lounge for regular on-site IV drip sessions, wellness days and employee health packages designed to fit their needs. The lounge also runs group events and mobile visits that include aftercare. It works with Seattle businesses, teams and organizations on events and local causes.
