About

Golden Bubble operates from Suite 204 at 101 N 85th St in Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood. Christina opened the clinic in 2021. Its licensed aestheticians offer acne treatments, chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling, DMK skin revision and tailored facials. Hours are weekdays from 9am to 7pm and weekends from 9am to 5pm.

Every visit begins with a skin analysis. Clients can book an in-studio consultation for $60, which includes the analysis and a home-care plan, or a 30-minute virtual consultation held on Zoom. Facial options run from a $100 New Client Facial to the 90-minute Clinically Fluffy facial at $250, which includes a customized chemical peel and microcurrent. The Glo2 line ranges from a 20-minute express version at $200 to a 60-minute deluxe facial with LED at $300.

For active acne, the Acne Facial is a 75-minute treatment at $200 that comes with a plan and home care. The Virtual Clear Skin Program is a flat $400 for one year, plus products, and includes messaging for 12 months, photo check-ins every two weeks and a custom at-home routine. Microneedling is sometimes used during active acne treatment, and some clients pair it with a chemical peel. Microneedling plans typically run three to six sessions, four to six weeks apart.

Peel choices are tailored to each client's skin type, complexion and goals, and the clinic works with sensitive, acne-prone and deeply melanated skin. The Refine Peel suits a first peel and involves less downtime. The Transform Peel is the most intensive option and leaves a few days of visible peeling. DMK prices are $300 for a 90-minute Enzyme Therapy, $450 for an Alkaline Wash with Enzyme and $450 for Muscle Banding. Danné Montague-King developed DMK more than 40 years ago. According to the salon, it is the 2x Best DMK Clinic in the Pacific Northwest, and it describes its DMK enzyme treatment as award-winning.

The shop carries professional skincare the clinic uses and trusts, with brands including Jan Marini, Skinbetter Science, Epicutis, GlyMed Plus and Face Reality. Prices range from $6 to $450, and products are shipped to clients. DMK products are not sold online but can be shipped on request by email. Brow waxing is $40 and uses Nova wax, and Brazilian waxing is $90 and uses lavender hard wax. Other waxing is priced when booking.

The clinic says it gives honest recommendations, will say when a treatment is not right for a client's skin and does not push products or packages clients do not need. It focuses on long-term skin health rather than quick fixes, and refers clients to another specialist for concerns it cannot safely treat.

The business describes its treatment room as calm and cozy.
