Eyelash extensions are the business's core service, and it says it is known for high-quality extensions at reasonable prices. Extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with one-week quick fills, two- and three-week fills, half sets, full sets, and a corners-only option. Four lash types are offered (mink, silk, synthetic and volume) in different lengths and curls, including 100% real mink. One lash is placed on each natural lash, and pricing for higher-volume looks is based on how much product is used. Prices run from $50 for a one-week classic quick fill and $50 for a lash removal to $200 for a classic full set and $300 for a volume full set. Lash lifts and lash and brow tinting are also offered, along with brow lamination.

The business runs its own three-month training program for licensed estheticians in lash extensions. Trainees must apply 80 individually placed lashes per eye within three hours before working on paying clients. The business says its estheticians are thoroughly trained, and it notes that lash practice takes roughly 80 to 200 hours before a stylist is skilled at it.

Beyond lashes, the boutique offers waxing for the face, body and intimate areas, including Brazilian and men's Brazilian waxes, priced by area, plus sugaring. Facials and peels use Cosmedix Skincare products and range from a 60-minute signature facial to chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Other services include Hydrafacial, microblading, permanent makeup, hair services such as blonding and lived-in color, spray tanning, and teeth whitening.

Policies: a cancellation within 24 hours of an appointment, or a no-show, is charged in full. Lash issues within the first three days are fixed free of charge if home care was followed, and a new full set is needed if four weeks pass without a fill. One-week fills are for current clients only, and fills after 30 days are charged as a full set. Most locations are closed on Mondays and hours vary by location, so check before booking. Green Lake has street parking and parking in its building, Queen Anne has public customer parking in the Expo Building, Downtown Redmond has parking at the front or back of the salon, and Lynnwood has retail parking one street south of Alderwood Mall. Each lash extension is placed precisely on the individual natural lash, with glue applied in an amount suited to that lash, and the business says all its estheticians are thoroughly trained to do this. The business also repairs damaged extensions and poor applications from other lash services, and staff wash their hands before working on clients.
