The studio frames its approach as a mix of science and nature. It uses natural products when they make sense and clinical products when the goal is a visible result. The studio also says beauty and self-care are for everyone. Before a service, clients can book a complimentary skin consult of about 10 minutes, during which an esthetician reviews the products they already use. Four facial packages can be customized to a client's skin care needs.

Clients should have their hair grow about a quarter to a half inch, and for at least two weeks, before a wax. Waxing is offered during pregnancy, though clients may feel more sensitive than usual, and it can be done during the menstrual cycle. Clients who use Retin-A, have taken Accutane in the past four months or are on certain antibiotics or skin medications are advised to skip waxing, as are clients who have recently had laser treatment or a peel. A maintenance Brazilian is discounted when booked within five weeks of a full-price Brazilian at the studio. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged. Parking is free in the lot out front. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Microneedling, which the studio also calls collagen induction therapy, is offered for the face, face and neck, or face, neck and décolleté, either as a single session or as a series of three. A complimentary 10-minute consultation is available to talk through skin concerns. Numbing cream is applied first. Skin may stay pink or red for 24 to 48 hours and feel sensitive for up to three days. Three to four treatments usually give the best results, as determined at an initial skin analysis. Each session is followed by Celluma light therapy. According to the salon, microneedling is the international gold standard in non-surgical skin revision and is effective and safe for all skin types and colors.
