The facial menu runs from a 45 minute maintenance facial to a 90 minute facial that combines a peel, a choice of massage or microcurrent toning, and a 20 minute LED session. Standard facials include cleansing, exfoliation, optional steam, extractions when needed, a custom mask, massage of the upper body, face, hands and arms, a moisturizing hand treatment and a scalp massage. The Eminence Organic Facial uses a blend of organic herbs, fruits, vegetables and flowers, while the Age-Defying Lifting Facial uses microcurrent to lift and firm the face and neck. The Total Bliss Facial adds a foot soak, foot and leg massage and a lip and eye treatment. First time clients can book a custom facial that begins with analysis and a consultation, and LED, a peel or microcurrent toning can be added.

Resurfacing and exfoliating options include the Arctic Berry Peel, a three step peel and peptide system built on enzymes, ground cherry bark and a mix of alpha-hydroxy and flower acids, which is offered alone, in a series of four, or as an add-on to a facial. A 30% alpha-hydroxy peel can be used on most skin types to help clear pores and refine texture. Dermaplaning uses a sterile surgical scalpel to remove surface dead skin and fine vellus hair. It is not suitable for skin with acne. Peels require a consultation and a home routine before the appointment.

Face Reality Skin Care's acne program starts with a first appointment made up of a skin analysis and a sensitivity test. Those who want advice without treatment can book a consultation only. Before the first visit, clients are told to pause certain prescription topicals for two weeks and Accutane for three months. Program products run about $150 to $175 when purchased at that first appointment, and buying a six-pack of acne treatments brings 5% off. Waxing is booked when hair has reached roughly a quarter inch, or after three to four weeks of growth. Waxing isn't offered to anyone on Accutane, Retin A, Differin, Tazorac or antibiotics. After a wax, guests should hold off on sunbathing and tanning beds for a full day. The studio asks for 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellations; late cancellations are billed for the time that was held.
