Services fall into four groups: color, haircuts, styling, and treatments. Every color appointment includes a custom formula, professional color or lightener, bond-building care during lightening, toning or glossing when needed, a signature hydration treatment, and a finishing step. Color is priced by time, technical skill, and how much customization it needs, not by hair length, density, foil count, bowls mixed, or product used, and the salon says there are no hidden color charges or surprise add-ons. Color services do not include a haircut.

Haircut options run from quick fringe and neckline tidying to clipper work with fades and tapers, razor or shear cuts, and cuts designed for 2A to 3C curls. Styling ranges from a polished blowout and sparkle fullness with reusable tinsel, to defined curls and sleek finishes, silk-press style smoothing, event upstyles, and bridal or photoshoot looks. The treatment menu includes K18 molecular repair, hydration and repair sessions, and a frizz reconstruction smoothing service that is booked with a deposit.

Booking policies are worth reading before an appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel when possible. Haircut appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice carry a full cancellation fee, while color, transformational styling, and appointments over an hour carry half. Same-day rescheduling carries a 25% fee, and a missed appointment without a call is charged in full. Emergencies may be reviewed at the salon's discretion.
