Philip Rosado has founded and run several Orlando salons and has more than 30 years in salon ownership, management and global education. Between them, the couple have over 50 years of experience in fashion, photography and hairdressing, and Alicia Rosado is named as CEO.
The team has 25 or more stylists who develop through ongoing hands-on education on the salon floor and a structured associate program. Newer stylists work alongside an in-house Color Director and Cutting Director. Every stylist is trained by Philip Rosado, and training covers L'Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Shu Uemura and Oribe, along with Rezo Level 1 and 2, Qudad and Mizani curl cutting for haircut stylists.
Stylists set prices by their level of training and the time a service takes, so the exact cost depends on who books. Complimentary consultations are offered for an exact quote. Body waves, perms and Keratin Express also need a consultation for pricing or booking.
The private lot has about 50 spaces and parking is free for guests. Glam On Demand brings a mobile blowout and makeup service to the client.
The salon builds services around each client's hair texture, goals and day-to-day routine, with education and mentorship at the core of how stylists are developed.
The space is described as modern and design-led.
