About
Phillip Rosado founded Educe Salon and works as a salon owner, educator and mentor. He has more than 30 years in the hairdressing industry, spanning salon ownership, management, leadership and global education.
His career has taken him to hairdressing work abroad, where he shared stages with well-known names in the industry. He educates hairstylists around the world, trains every stylist at Educe Salon and mentors the salon's next generation. He has also founded, owned and operated the Alta Moda, Ego Lab and Glam Dry salons in Orlando.
