The first salon opened in September 2019, and a second location followed about two years later. The team has grown to more than 50 people.

The salon describes itself as a luxe Florida hair salon. Its stated mission is to help clients look and feel beautiful, and to foster growth, confidence and success, especially for women, both in beauty work and among clients. The team holds monthly education.

A visit starts with a free consultation with the stylist, which lasts 15 to 30 minutes and is required before any hair extension service. New color and extension guests fill out an online questionnaire before meeting their stylist. Shampoo and conditioning take place in a serene wash house, and extension packages include a photo session.

Listed prices are starting rates for Level 1 stylists. The salon has five stylist levels and offers Jr. Stylist pricing. A $3 ECO fee is added to each ticket, and the salon holds Saloncycle Certified Salon and Green Circle Certified Salon status.

Each reservation requires a credit card. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice, or the card on file is charged $50. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the scheduled service, while cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full booked amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the full services cannot be guaranteed. Refunds are not issued, and adjustments for dissatisfaction are offered within 10 days of the original service. A non-refundable $100 deposit secures a first color appointment, and 50% of an extension package is due at booking.

The salon focuses on care and respect for every person who comes in, with its team kept learning through monthly education.

A serene wash house is used for shampoo and conditioning as part of services.
