Haircuts are sorted into four artist tiers: Contemporary, Designer, Senior and Master Artist. Contemporary Artists are licensed cosmetologists enrolled in the salon's training program, while Master Artists coach and mentor the rest of the team. Contemporary Artist cuts start at $45, Designer and Senior Artist cuts at $55, and Master Artist cuts at $65, with long hair priced $5 higher. A child's cut for ages 12 and under is $25 and includes braiding but not a blow dry. Men's services include a signature grooming cut starting at $35, which comes with a hot towel, massaging shampoo, neck and shoulder massage and a basic style, along with men's highlights, a 5-minute gray blending or color change add-on and men's relaxers.

Color starts at $60, and balayage starts at $175. Textured services start at $75 and include a complimentary Aveda ritual and blowout. Smoothing options include Brazilian Blowout professional smoothing with keratin from $350, with complimentary home care products, and GKhair keratin treatment from $350. VoMor extensions are a tape-in system made from Remy human hair and matched to the Aveda color line; pricing is set at consultation, and the salon describes them as ethically sourced and damage-free when applied. Skin services include Tulasara facials customized after consultation with Aveda products and aromas, priced at $65 for 30 minutes, $100 for 60 and $135 for 90, and a Dual Exfoliation Peel at $135 for 60 minutes. Waxing uses an antimicrobial soy-based wax, and therapists advise on products to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate before and after hair removal.

Bridal clients have an initial consultation three to six months before the wedding and a hair and or makeup practice session three to four weeks ahead. Bridal parties of any size are welcome, and the bridal contract and forms can be downloaded from the website. Bridal updos are priced after consultation.

A deposit is required for all appointments, and a credit card is kept encrypted on file to guarantee them. Cancelling, no-showing or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice incurs a charge of 50% of the scheduled services. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10AM to 8PM, Wednesday 10AM to 7PM, Friday 10AM to 6PM and Saturday 9AM to 6PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. The phone number is (407) 896-9892.
