The menu is grouped into pedicures, manicures, nail enhancements, waxing, add-on services and eyelash services. Pedicures run from an express option to spa-style treatments with milk and honey, paraffin, volcano, CBD, collagen, golden and diamond lounge themes, most of which can also be done with gel polish for an added charge. Nail enhancements include acrylic, dip powder, gel-X, gel builder, tap gel and ombre or marble full sets, and enhancements can be shaped as duck, stiletto, coffin, almond or square.

Waxing covers the lip, eyebrows, chin, underarms, legs and full face, and an eyebrow and tint combination is also listed. Eyelash services include regular individual extensions, which use one extension on each natural lash, mink custom lashes, bottom lashes, eyelash strips and lash removal. Add-ons such as French, curvy French, three or more colors, soak off and nail art can be added to a nail service.

The salon says it carries over 3,000 colors and uses DND, HoneyPhan, Princess, Chisels and Zurnos products. Buffers and files are used once and then discarded, paraffin is never reused, all pedicures are done with liner protection, and equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service. The salon does not provide cuticle trimming.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM. Technicians work as independent contractors. Children 8 and under qualify for a kids discount, but there is no warranty on kids services, and children must be attended by an adult because the facility is not child proof. Card prices are slightly higher than cash prices, and services are non-refundable.

The salon says it aims to keep pace with new nail and beauty trends, and it follows single-use tool and sanitation practices for each service.
