Lash services are organized by set type and by how long ago a client's last full set was done. Fills are priced and timed around that gap and how many lashes remain, so clients are booked into the right appointment. Options run from classic and hybrid sets to volume and mega volume, with cluster lashes, bottom lash add-ons, touch-ups and lash removal also offered. Henna brows, which the service description says last about three to four weeks on skin and around five weeks on the brow hair, can be booked alone or with a full lash set.

Booking requires a deposit that goes toward the balance. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and clean lashes, free of makeup, hair glue, lotions and oils, and to use the restroom before their visit. Extra guests are only allowed if they are also receiving a service. Appointments are time sensitive, so late arrivals can incur a fee and a long delay can mean the visit is cancelled. Changes can be made through the confirmation text up to 48 hours ahead. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged half the service. Corrections requested within 24 hours are not refunded, and same-day requests need a direct call to Toni.

The studio runs most days from morning into the evening, with Sunday hours starting at 1:30 PM. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment, and packages can be paid this way too.

Lash extensions are the core of the business, and the booking tiers match fills and add-ons to each client's existing set.
