Services are grouped into hair, nails, skin and body, spa parties and kids services. Hair work covers haircuts, trims, color, relaxers, braids, dreadlocks and weaves, including sew-ins, quick weaves, frontals and wigs. Nail services include gel polish, Shellac and sugar scrub manicures and pedicures. Skin and body services include facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, back facials and sugar scrub body wraps. Waxing covers bikini, Brazilian, underarm, leg, back, chest and facial areas, and eyelash extensions come in basic/classic, hybrid and volume styles.

On a first visit, a comprehensive consultation is included. Deposits are required when booking, and appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a fee. Late arrivals may have services shortened at the stylist's discretion. The spa area is for adults, and children are allowed only while they are being served. Gratuity is not included in prices; for spa services of $75 or more it is added automatically at payment. Gift certificates expire one year after purchase and are not refundable.

Girls' spa parties are a large part of the business. Packages are offered for ages 3 to 12, ages 13 to 15, and groups of four to fifteen guests, for birthdays, graduations, Sweet 16 celebrations, spring break and summer days. Parties are booked by phone, require a 50% deposit to hold a date, and are not refundable. The salon requests a 15% gratuity on all parties. Mother and daughter spa day packages, girl scout workshops, school field trips and makeup parties are also offered.

According to the salon, it ranks among the leading hourly-rate salons in the St. Louis area. It also states that it was featured in Essence Magazine in October 2004, along with local outlets North County Journal, American Newspaper and Today In Church Magazine.

The salon says its staff are trained in advanced haircutting, color and styling techniques, along with customer service skills.
