Silk extensions are mid-weight and finer and more flexible than synthetic lashes, and the studio lists them as a fit for clients with weak or fine natural lashes.

Cashmere extensions have a flat base, which is why they are also called flat or ellipse lashes. They are generally used for classic sets rather than full-volume looks, though they can be added to volume sets. Volume service attaches synthetic-fiber extensions individually to natural lashes, in three options: Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume.

A visit starts with an evaluation of the natural lashes at the initial consultation. Extensions usually take one to two hours, depending on natural lash count, lash type and the technician's experience. According to the studio, application uses a medical-grade glue or bonding agent, with an under-eye pad covering the lower lashes. Removal uses a gel remover left on for three minutes. The studio says its lash artists are certified and experienced.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers lash lifts, which curl natural lashes with a silicone lifting rod for a curl the studio says lasts up to eight weeks, and a lash lift with tint. Clients with allergies are asked to call ahead before a lash lift. Appointments can be requested through an online booking form, with times listed from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or booked through the Fresha platform, where the studio shows a 4.8 rating from 294 votes.

Lash artists assess natural lashes at the first consultation and keep extension length within 3 mm longer than the natural lash. The studio describes its extensions as hypoallergenic and says they remove the need for mascara, false lashes or waterline eyeliner.
