Every visit starts with a custom consultation and lash mapping, which takes the client's eye shape and natural lash health into account before any extensions are placed. A full classic set usually takes about an hour, with some extra time at the beginning for the consultation and mapping.

The studio offers two main styles. Classic sets use one extension per natural lash for a soft, natural lift and range from 60 to 160 pieces. Wet Lash sets use closed-spike clusters for a glossier look and range from 80 to 140 pieces. Clients can book a new set or a fill on a one, two or three week schedule, and the studio recommends a fill every two to three weeks, since letting sets grow out past three weeks can affect shape and retention.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara, eyeliner and oil-based products around the eyes. Between visits, the studio advises avoiding mascara, waterproof formulas and oil-based cleansers, and using a foam or micellar cleanser made for lash extensions.

Bookings are made by phone or text at (929) 768-8888. Clients share their preferred day, time and lash set, and the studio confirms by text. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and completed services and vouchers are not refundable. New clients are currently offered 20% off their first set.

Each set is planned around the individual client's eye shape and natural lashes, and the studio says extensions do not damage natural lashes when applied correctly.
