The technician maps each set to the client's eye shape, natural lashes and lifestyle, then chooses the style and density from there. Full sets usually take 60 to 120 minutes depending on the look, and refills usually take about an hour. The studio recommends refills every two to three weeks to keep extensions full.

The menu runs from classic sets, where one extension goes on each natural lash, to hybrid sets that mix single extensions with light fans. Volume, Russian volume and mega volume styles use progressively heavier fans, while wispy, glam and anime styles offer softer texture, a dark lash line, or widely spaced spiked clusters. Clients who prefer natural lashes can book a lash lift, a lash lift with perm, or an eyecurl. Brow services cover lamination, threading, tinting, waxing and a combined tint and threading.
