Regular manicures use Dazzle Dry polish, a vegan, non-toxic formula that dries quickly and does not need a UV light. Russian e-file manicures include deep cuticle cleaning, and the Russian Gel Manicure adds a strengthening gel layer that the salon says lasts about three to four weeks without chipping. Hard gel manicures are a longer-wear option, with the salon stating they last four to six weeks, and take about 1 hour 30 minutes. Same time services have two technicians work on a manicure and pedicure together, with a 45 minute minimum.

The Smart Pedicure can be done dry or with water. Both versions use an e-file machine and the Russian technique for cuticles and calluses, with callus removal and a massage butter and warm towel wrap. The water version adds a foot soak and an exfoliating scrub, while the dry version finishes with a wax candle treatment.

Private parties and group bookings are offered for birthdays, bridal parties and corporate events, with complimentary beverages and help from the team with booking. Groups of three or more need a deposit of 50% of the total. Chicago studios have paid street parking nearby through the ParkChicago app or a pay box, with no private lots. The Santa Monica studio has no free parking, with public lots nearby at about $1 per hour, and parking near the Manhattan studio is limited, with paid garages a short walk away.

The salon says its services use non-toxic materials and that tools are sterilized in a designated zone at every location, with reusable metal instruments autoclaved after each client. It describes itself as an inclusive space where everyone is welcome.
