The studio is run by two owners, Gladys Lojano and Ivonne Barroso, who report more than 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. Alongside client work they co-lead the studio's eyelash extension training, a small-group class that covers technique, safety, lash styles and materials. The menu is split between lash and brow work. On the lash side there are classic, hybrid, volume, Hawaiian volume, wispy and mink extensions, with mega volume and fantasy formations also offered, plus lash lifting, lash lamination, eyelash tinting, removal and a combined lash lift and tint for straight or downward-pointing lashes. On the brow side there are brow tinting, brow lamination, microblading, microshading and shading, and removal of older semi-permanent brow tattoos.

A visit usually starts with a complimentary consultation, which may be a separate step or folded into the appointment time. First-time clients, or anyone with known sensitivities, may be asked for a patch test at least 24 hours ahead. Payment is taken by cash, credit or debit card, or mobile payment at the time of service, and invoicing or credit is only available if agreed in advance.

Booking policies: clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. Concerns about a service should be raised within 48 hours.

The studio says it aims to give each client enough time, and it describes its treatments as using world-renowned techniques.
