The studio focuses on eyelash extensions in four styles. Classic sets apply one extension to each suitable natural lash, natural 2D sets apply two fine extensions to each lash, hybrid sets blend classic placement with volume fans, and volume sets apply several ultra-lightweight extensions to each natural lash.

Before a classic set, the lash artist holds a consultation and maps the lashes to the client's needs. Staff help each client pick a style based on eye shape, the condition of natural lashes, lifestyle and the fullness they prefer, and sets are adjusted to suit the client's eye shape and personal style. Natural 2D sets are balanced across the inner, middle and outer sections of the lash line.

Fills replace extensions that are lost through natural shedding, and they are usually needed every two to three weeks. Refills are offered at one, two and three weeks, each with its own time slot, and before a fill the outgrown extensions are removed and the new ones are matched in curl, length and thickness. Existing extensions from another artist can be filled if they are compatible and natural lashes are healthy. Otherwise, removal or a new full set may be recommended, and a new set can sometimes be applied the same day as removal.

Professional removal uses a remover that softens the adhesive, so extensions come off without pulling on natural lashes. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup and to avoid pulling, picking or peeling extensions off at home. New clients booking a first full set receive a complimentary refill, and a complimentary touch-up is available after a first full set at ALLASH.

Each set is built around the client's eye shape, natural lashes and personal style, with staff guiding the choice of style and fullness.
