Curly hair is a particular focus. The Custom Curly Cut is a dry cut in which each curl is sculpted in its natural state, followed by a shampoo and conditioner. The appointment includes guidance on ingredients, product suggestions and at-home curl care. Clients are asked to arrive with hair washed, detangled and fully dry, without a ponytail, braid, bun, hat or headband, and minimal styling products are preferred because heavy gels, hairsprays and some oils make cutting harder. A prep fee applies if hair is not in workable condition. Curly cuts are best kept up every 2 to 6 months, and a full reshaping cut is charged after more than 6 months.

Color work begins with a consultation and hair analysis. The menu includes custom all-over single process color, single process root touch-ups every 3 to 6 weeks, glaze for shine and tone adjustment, hand-painted balayage, foil highlights, color melt as an add-on, ombre, and root blend for lightened hair.

Treatments include Olaplex bond repair, Milbon Smooth Treatment for fine, normal and coarse hair, Malibu C for hard-water buildup, Alfaparf Beauty Genesis in three versions, and L'Oreal PowerMix, a personalized blend mixed fresh at each appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice. Color or cut concerns can be raised within 3 days of the visit for a correction, and clients who often cancel or reschedule are asked to leave a non-refundable deposit.
