The menu is organized into color services, cuts, blowouts and styling, treatments, extensions and makeup. Color runs from glaze and hairline single process through faceframe, partial and full highlights, double process and balayage. Blowouts include a bobbypin style, a no-blowout Just Curls option and a five-visit blowout package. Treatments include Olaplex, Wella Ultimate Repair, a deep conditioner, a keratin treatment and a Brazilian Blowout. Extensions come as hand tied weft or keratin bond, and both need a consultation before booking. Makeup covers eyes-only and full face looks, and lash application is also offered.

Booking follows a few house rules. Each client has their own reserved appointment time. New clients booking color, cut or treatment services pay a nonrefundable 20% deposit. Changes need 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% fee, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling if no other time is available. Refunds are not offered, but corrections are free within 7 days of the original visit. Prices are subject to change, and a $10 fee applies to curling or flat iron styling.
