Services are grouped into Styling & Cutting, Dimensional Color, Botanical Health, Extensions and Bridal. Appointments are booked online through GlossGenius. Blowouts are not part of the color menu but can be booked alongside a color appointment.

Extension and bridal work begin with an in-person consultation. Extension pricing is set after an initial diagnostic review, since each installation is quoted individually. Bridal packages require a face-to-face planning consultation or trial and a retainer deposit before checkout. Bridal styling can also be provided on location.

The salon also runs an Extension Education Program for cosmetology students and licensed stylists. It covers luxury K-Tip and Weft techniques through guided virtual training and includes a professional kit of the tools and materials used in the studio.

Independent micro-studio suites are located on site. Suite 01 is occupied by Mariela, who offers lash, facial and brow services, and Suites 02 and 03 are available for lease.
