True Color Experiences are packages for longer appointments that combine a consultation, custom color and a blowout, with add-ons such as a haircut, tonal gloss and extra time. Dry bar blowouts, haircuts, special occasion updos, keratin treatments and permanent waves are also offered. Hair extensions include no-sew beaded weft, sew-in beaded row, tape-in, K-tips, and invisible no-sew and sew-in rows. Extension appointments are booked after a digital consultation, and wearers come in every six to eight weeks to move them up. Not every stylist offers extensions.
