The salon is owned and run by Catherine Hutchins, who is also its owner stylist and color specialist. Its core work is custom color, custom blonding and extensions, and it also offers haircuts, men's services and a range of conditioning and smoothing treatments. Consultations are free and last about 30 minutes, and the salon recommends one before booking balayage or ombre. Hours are Tuesday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The salon is closed on Mondays and Sundays. The salon uses Bellami Hair Extensions, which it says are used only in the salon.
