Parking is available at the salon, and guests check in at the front desk on arrival. Every visit starts with a personal consultation, and every appointment includes an Aveda shampoo ritual with essential oil aromatherapy, a hot towel, a scalp massage and shampoo and conditioning chosen for the guest's hair, followed by a blow-dry and styling finish. Coffee, tea, water, soda and snacks are offered, along with complimentary Wi-Fi and lap desks for longer appointments.

Haircut options include long layers, face-framing styles, precision bobs, pixies, curly cuts, transformations and men's cuts. Color services cover custom base color and grey coverage using the Aveda Full Spectrum Color System, and highlighting covers traditional highlights, dimensional color, balayage, lived-in color, face-framing highlights and modern blonding. Aveda Botanical Repair is included with all highlighting services.

Extensions include VoMor tape-in and hand-tied sew-in options, as well as Blue Light Technology extensions. A complimentary extension consultation covers hair color matching, length and volume goals, placement examples and a full cost breakdown. Hair systems for men are offered for thinning hair, receding hairlines and hair loss. Aveda treatments include scalp, curl, hydration, protein and botanical repair options, and a Brazilian Blowout is also offered.

Stylists are chosen through the Stylist Experience System, which lets guests select by skill set, years of experience or budget. Online bookings are appointment requests until the Guest Care Team approves them. New guests requesting color, extensions or transformations may be asked for a consultation and current photos, and a deposit may apply.
