Liz is a co-owner who works at all three locations.

Booking is by call or text at 281-608-1114, and clients can text or call their artist before or after an appointment; a receptionist or Salon Coordinator connects them, and if the artist is unavailable they reply when able. New guests need an in-person consultation before their first appointment, and clients switching to a new artist for color services need a consultation before any color deposit service. Appointments are typically booked at least 48 hours ahead, same-day openings are sometimes available at Houston and Rosenberg, and several artists keep a waitlist of about three months.

The free custom consultation is a one-on-one conversation about hair goals and preferences, used to build a plan for color or style, and guests can book right after it. Clients may bring inspiration photos, and the artist decides whether the hair suits the requested color service and may suggest a different direction based on bone structure, undertones and hair health. Listed prices are starting points; after the consultation guests receive a custom quote, since pricing varies by artist experience, hair length, density and color history.

Color is done with Schwarzkopf Professional Igora Vibrance and Igora Royal, along with Redken Shades EQ. Lightening ranges from strandlights and traditional highlights to babylights, microlights, Teasy-Lights and balayage-style services, most offered in full or partial versions, and the salon describes a signature sun-kissed look created by its founder. Upkeep timing varies: root touch-ups are usually needed every four to six weeks, balayage-style color can last eight to twelve weeks, and haircuts are typically recommended every six to eight weeks, or every three to four months for longer styles.

Houston parking is directly in front of the salon or in a back lot on Yupon Street across from the Post Office. Rosenberg offers any open, non-reserved space next to the salon plus a back lot at 1750 Avenue D. Children are not allowed in the studio.

Each client works one-on-one with an artist, starting with a consultation before color and a plan built around their hair goals.
