On the cosmetic side, the office offers Botox, Dysport and Daxxify, along with Botox used for teeth grinding and facial slimming. Filler and volume options include facial filler, lip enhancement, lip line treatment, and collagen stimulation with Sculptra or PDGF. Cosmetic injections in the office are performed only by Dr. Brown, and consultations with her team are available to talk through what the office offers.

Skin tightening and resurfacing options include Sofwave, Morpheus 8, microneedle resurfacing, erbium laser resurfacing and crepey skin treatment. Other cosmetic services include chemical peels, laser treatments, melasma treatment, acne scarring care, stretch mark resurfacing, hand rejuvenation, earlobe repair, cosmetic mole removal and hair restoration with PRF. For advanced hair restoration cases, patients are referred out.

Medical care covers acne, with options that range from retinoids and topical antibiotics to hormonal pills, isotretinoin for severe cases, chemical peels and lightening creams. The practice also treats eczema and atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, rosacea, vitiligo, hidradenitis suppurativa, hair loss, skin cancers, cysts and lipomas. Most cysts are removed in the office without sutures, and smaller lipomas can be removed surgically here while larger ones may need a general surgeon. GLP-1 medication is offered for weight management as a long-term plan alongside diet, physical activity and strength training.

The office is open Monday 8:00 to 4:00, Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 to 4:00, Wednesday 8:00 to 4:00 and Friday 8:00 to 12:00, and is closed on weekends. Call or text (832) 871-4111; fax is (832) 871-4112. New patients should arrive at least 10 minutes early. Appointments with Dr. Brown or her physician assistant require a $75 deposit, and cosmetic procedure deposits range from $75 to $200, refundable with cancellation at least 2 business days ahead. Regular appointments not cancelled by phone at least two business days ahead carry a $100 fee, procedures carry a minimum $200 cancellation fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late is treated as a missed visit with a $100 charge. Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, debit and HSA cards are accepted, with a 3.5% fee on credit cards only. The practice accepts Aetna, Boon Chapman, Cigna, Medishare, PHCS and UHC, and is not contracted with Medicare or Medicaid.

Combines cosmetic and medical dermatology in one practice. Natural approaches are woven into care based on each patient's wishes, and the team works together because patients have different needs and goals.
