Harmony Aesthetics Spa is a physician-owned medical spa. The spa describes itself as one of the few Houston medical spas run by a licensed physician, and says its goal is to support health, confidence and overall wellness through evidence-based practices and modern medical technology.

Spring is the main location, where the physician and manager are based and where the widest range of aesthetic services is offered; the spa's events and specials are also held there. The Kingwood location, at the Humble address, currently offers only weight loss injections, with wider aesthetic and spa services planned. The Creekside location in Tomball is a partnership with sister spa Luxe Beauty & Wellness, which shares some machines and personnel. Live Oak is open weekdays with earlier hours. Not every service is offered at every location, so it is worth checking before booking.

Treatments are carried out by licensed nurse practitioners or certified medical aestheticians, always with physician oversight. Most services begin with a complimentary consultation, and a facial consultation is also available beforehand. After a clinical assessment, the client receives a written estimate listing single-visit fees, savings on packages and membership perks. Costs depend on how much product is used, how long equipment runs, and how intricate the individualized plan is.

Weight management is a physician-supervised program focused on long-term lifestyle change. Injections are given in the office each week, self-administration is not accommodated, and each visit includes an InBody body composition scan to track muscle mass. Injections are generally not sent home with patients, except in rare cases such as travel.

Memberships, which are joined in person, give member pricing on spa services, a discount on skincare or supplements, and a birthday-month treat. Financing and payment plans are offered through Cherry.
