A visit starts with a consultation held with a specialized provider, where the costs of the treatments under discussion are reviewed. Clients can send a client profile form by email or fill it out at the office, arriving about 10 minutes early. Before any treatment plan is recommended, each patient has a skin analysis using Visia 3D skin imaging, and the same staff see each patient so they get to know that person's needs. Fees for every procedure are detailed by staff beforehand. A deposit may be needed to hold a time for longer procedures such as CoolSculpting or Ultherapy.
