Lash services start with extensions in classic, hybrid, anime, volume and glamour styles, booked on a two-week or three-week refill cycle or as a full set. Each style is listed in piece counts, such as 60, 80, 100 or 120 pieces for classic sets. Lift and tint are also offered. Refill pricing applies to lash appointments booked at two or three weeks when enough lashes have been retained.

Brow services include brow shape, brow lamination, nano brows and powder brows. Brow and scalp work both begin with a consultation before any booking is made. Brow shaping is a 45-minute visit and lamination runs 60 minutes, while nano brows and powder brows each take about three hours. Nano brows follow a ten-day healing period and include a perfecting session at eight weeks.

Scalp services cover SMP hairline, SMP density, crown and vertex and scar camouflage. These are built over several sessions: the hairline, density and crown and vertex treatments each take three sessions, and scar camouflage takes two to three, beginning with a patch assessment and healing review at four weeks.

The studio says its work rests on proportion, balance and attention to detail, with each treatment tailored to the individual client's features. Each appointment is reserved for a single client in a one-on-one setting. First-time clients get 20% off their initial service. Cancelling or moving an appointment requires at least 24 hours' notice; if a change is requested less than 24 hours before the booking, the deposit cannot be returned.

The studio works through proportion, balance and detail, mapping lash sets to each client's eye shape and natural lash health and starting brow work with measurement before any pigment is added. Scalp treatments are planned across several sessions around the client's features, hair pattern and goals.
