The bar sits inside an Ulta Beauty store, so clients can book a brow visit alongside shopping. Hours run daily, with later evening closing on Thursday through Saturday and shorter Sunday hours. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are accepted.

Brow services are grouped under All Things Brow, with options from a quick trim and tweezing through waxing and a combined brow and lip wax. Brow lamination is listed separately; it sets and straightens brows into a fuller, lifted shape that holds for up to six weeks. Face waxing covers the chin, the lip, and a combined lip, chin and sides option.

Booking policies matter here. Clients who arrive more than five minutes after their appointment time may lose the spot to another customer. Anyone planning a lamination should not have had one in the six weeks before the visit, and clients with an allergy to hair dye or perm solution need a patch test before the service, 24 hours ahead or 48 hours in some countries.

Each service starts with a consultation and Brow Mapping, and finishes with the brows styled by a brow expert.
