Every visit opens with a complimentary consultation and hair analysis that covers hair history, goals and which aftercare products suit the client. All color services are mixed with Olaplex bonding, treatments are infused with Moroccan argon oil, and haircuts and blowouts include an Oribe shampoo.

Appointments can take anywhere from one hour to several, so it is wise to plan for that. Hot and cold drinks, light snacks and Moroccan mint tea are offered during visits, and Wi-Fi is available. Clients are asked to keep devices on silent or use headphones. The shampoo stations use ECOHEAD filtration, which adds negative ions to soften water and filter out impurities and minerals.

Practical notes: cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice, or a fee may apply. A 15-minute grace period applies, and stylists may reschedule or decline service for late arrivals. Refunds are not given for services rendered, so concerns should be raised within ten days of the appointment. Small dogs may join their owners on a leash or in a carrier.
