The core service is semi-permanent, water-resistant individual eyelash extensions, applied by trained professionals to existing natural lashes, so clients need some of their own lashes to book. A full set usually takes about 60 to 150 minutes, depending on the stylist and the number of lashes chosen. Extensions typically stay in place for about two months, depending on natural lash cycles, and touch-ups every two to four weeks replace lashes that have shed. Touch-ups take roughly 30 to 90 minutes.

Full sets are sold in five packages by lash count per eye, from 35 up to 120 or more. Hybrid lashes mix individual lashes with fans for extra volume. Refill appointments add new lashes, remove unruly ones and replace lashes that have grown out. The extensions are Xtreme Lashes, which come in three thicknesses, four curls and lengths from 5mm to 17mm in a variety of colors.

The studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment carry a $25 fee.
