About

Complexions By Hope organizes its menu around facials, acne care and lash extensions. The facial menu ranges from a first-visit facial with a skin analysis and a skincare plan to treatments built around specific goals, such as the Back Facial for acne and scarring on the back, the Chemical Peel plus Facial, and newer infusion facials that use PDRN, GHK-Cu, NAD+ and vitamin A. A separate teen facial is offered for clients 18 and under.

The acne offerings are the center of the menu. The Acne Bootcamp pairs a 90-minute professional session with the FaceReality Skincare line, and the business says the program is built to work toward clear skin within about three months. The business describes its acne program as award winning. Bi-weekly visits are recommended during the first 90 days to track progress and adjust home care, and the first visit typically involves buying $150 or more in professional home care products. The shorter FaceReality Bi-Weekly Treatment is a 45-minute option that is also available on its own.

Lash services include hybrid, classic and full volume sets, a whispy hybrid option, and a lash lift and tint whose results the business says last six to eight weeks. The Glow + Lift Experience combines a customized facial with a lash lift in one 135-minute visit.

Booking policies are strict. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price. Most facial and lash services take a $50 deposit, with $25 for the teen facial, back facial and lash lift and tint. Deposits are not refundable but can be moved once if an appointment is rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and cannot be refunded once sold.

Visits are shaped around each client's skin and paired with professional home care products, especially in the acne program.
