The Essential Custom Facial runs 60 minutes and includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a mask, a neck and shoulder massage, and one advanced modality chosen for the skin. The Signature Custom Facial runs 75 minutes and can combine several modalities, while the Luxury Custom Facial runs 90 minutes with optional massage techniques such as gua sha and hot stone. A 30-minute mini facial is available for a shorter visit, and dermaplaning can be added to it.

For acne, the studio runs the Acne Reset Bootcamp. It opens with a 90-minute consultation covering skin analysis, a lifestyle review and a personalized acne-clearing plan, followed by bi-weekly treatments over roughly three to six months with progress check-ins. Professional home care products are required and bought separately, and clients under 18 need a parent or guardian at the consultation. Follow-up treatments are open to existing bootcamp clients.

Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, underarms, stomach, and bikini and Brazilian areas. The Brazilian wax can be paired with the Smooth Finish treatment, which adds cooling globes, a calming serum, and a cooling mask and moisturizer afterward. Clients using certain retinoids, Differin, Avita, Tazarotene or isotretinoin cannot have brow waxing, and those products must be stopped one to two weeks beforehand, or six months for Accutane.

New clients can book a $50 virtual consultation covering skin concerns, the current routine and products, and makeup-free photos sent at least 24 hours ahead with a completed form. The fee is credited toward an in-studio treatment booked within 30 days. Clients are asked to pause retinoids, AHAs, BHAs and exfoliating products five to seven days before a facial, and to wait one to two weeks after Botox.

Each facial begins with a skin analysis and is customized to the client's needs, and the studio recommends facials every four to six weeks.
