LUMIÉ is a studio in Colton founded by Michelle Bueno. The studio says healthy skin and a natural-looking result come first, and every facial and lash treatment is tailored to the individual client.

The Korean Glass Skin Facial is a 90-minute visit that opens with a skin consultation and analysis. Treatment steps include a double cleanse, dermaplaning when it suits the skin, exfoliation, hydrodermabrasion, and extractions if needed. Customized serums, facial massage and LED light therapy follow, and the visit closes with SPF and home-care recommendations.

The KRX Green Sea Peel is a Korean spicule resurfacing treatment used for texture, post-acne marks, pigmentation, enlarged pores, fine lines and dullness. It needs about two weeks of skin preparation beforehand, and clients pick up a home-care kit with Bioherb Derma Plus and AquaGel Cream in advance. The peel with home care is $225, starting at that price, and adding a 30-minute recovery facial, booked separately once the skin has recovered, brings the total to $275.

Lash lifts take 90 minutes and cost $115. The treatment lifts, curls and nourishes natural lashes for a look that lasts six to eight weeks, with no extensions, and it is customized using YUMI or Elleebana systems.

The studio is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from noon to 6 PM, and on Sundays from noon to 4:30 PM, and it stays closed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. To book, a valid card must be saved on file and a deposit paid. That deposit cannot be refunded, but it goes toward the service total: $50 for the Glass Skin Facial, $100 for the Sea Peel, and $35 for the lash lift. If an appointment is cancelled, moved or missed inside a 48-hour window, the deposit is forfeited. A client who turns up more than 15 minutes late can be asked to rebook, and the deposit may be lost too. Gift cards are sold in $50, $150, $199 and $249 denominations or for a custom amount, and they cannot be refunded once purchased.
