Haircuts are offered for women and men of all ages and cover shape-focused cuts, maintenance trims, layers, shorter styles and face-framing cuts. Color options include balayage, which is hand-painted to move from the natural shade into lighter pieces, and several highlight styles: full, partial, face-framing and Babylight-style. Keratin smoothing treatments aim to reduce frizz and make everyday styling easier, and blowouts finish hair smooth and styled. Hair extensions are offered for added length, fullness or both, following a consultation.

Nail services include manicures with a natural clean-nail finish, classic polish, gel or French styles, and pedicures ranging from a classic service to a spa pedicure with extra foot care, a gel polish option and natural toenail care. Hair and nail services can be booked during the same visit, depending on staff availability and timing.

Each appointment starts with a conversation about the client's hair, daily routine and goals. Highlight and balayage consultations cover the starting hair, previous color, the brightness desired and the upkeep involved, and keratin consultations look at natural texture, past chemical treatments, styling habits and the result the client wants. Clients are asked to share their chemical and color history before keratin treatments or highlights. Between visits, the salon recommends professional products and home care routines.
