The salon suggests a toner or gloss refresh every 6 to 10 weeks, and a full balayage refresh every 12 to 20 weeks for most clients, or every 10 to 14 weeks for very bright ends or strong face framing. Color visits begin with a consultation on current color, desired tone and brightness, texture, growth pattern and how much upkeep the client wants. Haircuts for men and women are shaped to head shape, texture and daily routine, and curly hair can be cut in its natural state. Extensions are shade-matched after a consultation on goals.

Nail services include manicures, pedicures, nail art, Gel X extensions and Builder Gel. Gel X visits start with a quick consultation on preferred length, daily activities, nail health and comfort with maintenance, and the soft gel tips are shaped from short natural styles to longer ones. The salon states that professionally applied and removed Gel X nails do not damage natural nails, and that Gel X typically lasts two to three weeks with proper care. It describes its nail services as luxury beauty services using modern techniques.
