The menu covers a wide range of hair work. Color options run from root touch-ups and all-over color to partial and full highlights, balayage, toner and color correction. Curly hair is a specialty, with Deva Cuts done dry and cut curl by curl, followed by a wash and diffuse when combined with 3-1. Straight hair gets precision cuts. Perms are offered with haircuts, and hair extensions can be added in one, two or three rows, woven, braided or bonded close to the scalp, in real or synthetic hair. Styling options include blowouts, up-dos for special occasions and conditioning treatments. Waxing of the chin, lip and brows is also available.

Every hair service begins with an in-depth consultation. The salon says health comes before beauty, and its stylists keep up with ongoing education to bring current techniques and trends to appointments. Clients can request the safety data sheet for any product used on the scalp, hair or skin. Professional products are sold at the salon, and the salon carries Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment.

Booking and payment rules are set out clearly. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and later cancellations carry a fee of half the scheduled price. Salon services are nonrefundable, and concerns about a color or treatment should be raised within five days of the appointment. Unopened retail products can be returned within 30 days with a receipt and intact packaging. The salon accepts cash, checks, major credit and debit cards, and American Express. Parking is free, and the salon lists itself as kid friendly.
