New clients, and anyone planning a dramatic change, can book a complimentary 15-minute consultation before their first service. Hair services range from short and clipper cuts to foil and balayage work, glossing and toning, color retouches for grey coverage, blonding, Platinum services, vivid color and color correction. Clients who arrive with hair already clean, dry and styled can book a dry haircut.

Brow and lip waxing are offered, along with brow tinting and brow lamination, which both include a tint and wax.

Stylists have room to express their own talents, and the salon supports leadership, mentorship and ongoing learning among its team. Products sold include Aveda lines, and clients can buy them from their stylist.

Services are gratuity free, and booking means agreeing to the listed price. Clients who are unhappy with a service should contact the salon within 7 days, and adjustment requests go by email within that window. Cancellations made at least 12 hours ahead carry no fee, while late arrivals may be charged in full or rescheduled with a late fee. Missed appointments without a call or email are charged the full amount. Guests such as spouses, children and friends should not come along, and clients should arrive with hair styled the way they normally wear it, having washed and fully dried it within 24 hours of the visit.
