Every visit starts with a consultation covering hair condition, texture, any previous color and what the client hopes to achieve. If a goal needs more than one session, the stylist says so at the beginning. Before a service, clients are shown how to style their hair at home and are advised when to return for color or smoothing upkeep.
The menu spans foil and balayage highlights, all-over color, toners, corrective color, haircuts, blowouts, formal styling, keratin and Brazilian Blowout smoothing, permanent and partial waves, relaxing services, facial waxing, and manicures and pedicures. Walk-ins are welcome during open hours for blowouts, while calling ahead is suggested for color, balayage, keratin and perms, which take longer. Formal and event styling should be booked in advance, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Prices are starting points that depend on hair length, thickness, nail design and service time, and they are confirmed with the client before service begins.
Each visit opens with a consultation about the hair's condition and history, and the salon is upfront when a result will take more than one appointment.
