The salon describes itself as small by design, with a team focused on cutting and coloring, and says it puts the client first while placing weight on education.

Visits take place in a quiet, calm room where men's and women's services are offered in a relaxed setting. There is Wi-Fi and a workstation at the center of the salon for clients who need to work during their appointment.

The menu covers a wide range of blonding, from partial foil and foilyage to balayage, frame highlights and all-over platinum. Color work includes gloss and toner, shadow roots, color melts and corrective color, and every color service carries a color fee based on the amount of color used for each guest. Extensions are installed and moved up by the row, and there are men's cuts, fades, beard trims, neck trims and grey blending for men.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean hair, washed within two days and free of excess product. Appointments need 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Arrivals 10 minutes or more late may have their appointment changed, rescheduled or cancelled at the client's expense, and missed or late-cancelled visits are charged the full service fee before further bookings are made. Changes of mind are charged additionally and handled case by case, while corrections to the original service are free.

The salon puts the client first and gives weight to education alongside cutting and coloring, according to the salon.
