The menu covers women's and men's cuts, color from glazes through foil and balayage packages, keratin smoothing, perms, weft and tip extensions, brow and lash services, waxing, hot lather shaves and scalp treatments. Several color and extension services begin with a consultation, and a number of prices are stated as starting amounts.

Booking is secured with a credit card. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean not all booked services can be done, and the appointment may be cancelled. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice; last-minute changes are charged 50% of the booked services, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
