Color is the core of the menu, from toners, glosses and root touch-ups to full and partial highlights and balayage, with and without root work. The salon also offers cuts for men and women, bang trims, blowouts, updos, extension installation and move-ups, and conditioning, scalp, keratin and Brazilian blowout treatments. Brow tinting and brow and lip waxing are available too. Clients can book by phone or through the online system, and the Hoover salon is open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM.

Redos over disagreements must be approved by management. Products can be returned within 10 days for an exchange or store credit, with no cash back; styling tools and brushes are final sale. Color can stain clothing, and the salon does not accept liability for stains, so clients are advised to protect their clothing, such as by removing their top under the cape. Box color or moving from darker to lighter tones may take more than one visit.
