Waxing is done with Cirepil wax, which the salon says is imported from Paris and is a low-temperature wax. The salon uses both hard wax and strip wax. After body waxing, Finipil antiseptic cream is applied, and TendSkin or Finipil is offered to help with ingrown hairs or irritation. Ingrown hair mask treatments for the bikini area can be done right after a wax or 10 to 14 days later.

Brazilian waxes take 25 to 45 minutes and include the area between the cheeks; adding the cheeks carries a product up-charge of $5 to $15. Bikini waxes take 20 to 30 minutes. Some prices start at a stated amount, and the final price depends on the product used, usually based on the amount of hair. A first-time Brazilian may cost a little more than a repeat, though not always.

Lash lifts use Elleebana keratin products, including Elleeplex and Regen, and a silicone lash rod sized to fit the client. A keratin lash lift lasts up to eight weeks. Brow lamination shapes and sets brows for three to six weeks and includes a brow tint unless the client opts out. Women can be waxed throughout pregnancy, and a trim-and-tweeze brow option suits clients using retinol or acne products.

Booking is online up to one hour in advance, and a credit card may be required to secure an appointment. Changes made more than 24 hours ahead can be handled online; within 24 hours, clients text the salon. Late cancellations may be charged half the service cost, same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full cost, and clients arriving 10 or more minutes late are rescheduled with a charge for the missed service. Clients who took Accutane within the past year should not be waxed, and those on prescription acne medication or retinol are asked to consult a doctor first. Hair should be at least a quarter to half inch long, and waxing about every four weeks is suggested.

Waxing uses low-temperature Cirepil wax in hard or strip form, with aftercare products aimed at ingrown hairs and irritation.
