The menu runs from haircuts, color, perms and keratin treatments to waxing, lash extensions, facials and hair replacement. Waxing removes hair at the root, and the salon says results can last for weeks; it uses only new wax sticks and does not double dip. Lash options range from classic full sets to Bold Babydoll sets and a pre-made VoMor fan method. Hair replacement includes the NSG system and tape-in hair wear pieces that do not require shaving, and the salon says applications last three to six weeks. Facials include a ten-step simple spa facial, a clarifying facial for acne-prone skin and a combined Day of Beauty package with a signature facial, blowout and relaxation enhancements.

Bridal services include trial hair and makeup sessions, wedding day hair and makeup, and an outcall option billed at $200 plus the cost of services. The salon offers a Pramasana scalp treatment, which it describes as a facial for the scalp, along with gloss and conditioning treatments.

Clients are asked to book with at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. The salon accepts cash, major credit cards and Apple Pay but not checks. Children 12 and under are welcome only while receiving services and must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving services, and the salon is not responsible for children in the salon. Guests are asked to put away phones, tablets and gaming devices, and headphones are available on request. Concerns about a service should be raised with the salon manager within 72 hours.
