The menu includes the Japanese Style Head Spa, the Milbon Gold Head Spa, the Herb and Clay Head Spa, the Breathe and Balance Scalp Facial, and the Solari Reset, a bundle that pairs a head spa with menthol aromatherapy and facial massage and adds a leg treatment. The salon says it aims for relaxation alongside results for guests.

Hair services cover color, from gloss and tone and grey blending up to full highlights and custom dimensional color. Color pricing depends on hair length and how much the hair has grown out. Haircuts start with a pretreatment scalp oil and scalp massage, then a shampoo, a custom cut and a styling finish. Hair removal is offered as waxing or sugaring and is described as suitable for all skin types.

The space is soft and calm, with warm lighting, soothing sounds and quality tools and products. The website lists a Retreat Suite and a Zen Den among its rooms. If a guest is unhappy with a haircut or color result, the salon will adjust it at no charge, and if the guest is still unhappy after that, it will refund the payment.
